  • Take your debit/credit card details to secure a booking. We do not debit your card for accommodation payments until arrival, but are subject to a 48 hour cancellation period. Your card information is required to secure your booking and to allow us to confirm your room


  • If you are booking from overseas we require a 50% deposit to be paid in advance, and the remaining balance on arrival, but are subject to a 48 hour cancellation period. Your card information is required to secure your booking and to allow us to confirm your room.


  • Weddings and Events taking place in advance can either pay by making payments via this form, simply by completing the amount you wish us to debit your card.


  • Outstanding Payments - if you have any outstanding payments on your account you can complete the enclosed form, and we will debit your account with the amount specified.

Your information is important to us, and we must advise you that once you have completed the above form, we will take it as your authority to store your card details until your booking. Your card details are stored on our offline database in an encrypted format and this information is not accessible via the internet (either via the web or via any online presence). Once the information is transmitted your card details are not stored online nor are they stored on the webserver.

If we debit your card in accordance with your instructions, we will forward you by post a copy of your card receipt and also email you to confirm we have debited your card in accordance with your instructions.

Our website is hosted on a secure https server - which can be seen by noted the https before the www of our web address. You should also see a padlock in your browser window - which if you click on will give you security details.
